LimoParty.pl provides chauffeur-driven limousine and party bus hire — for bachelorette and bachelor parties, weddings, birthdays, transfers and other occasions — in Warsaw and across Poland. Placing a booking means you accept these terms. The scope of the service, the rental time and the price follow from the confirmed booking and the current price list.
You can book through the website, by phone or by e-mail. A booking becomes binding only once the client has provided all required details and LimoParty.pl has confirmed the date. Without confirmation from both sides there is no binding booking. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the details given in the booking form and should double-check them. If a request is incomplete, we try to reach the client by phone and e-mail; no reply means the request is cancelled.
Payment is made before the ride begins. We accept bank transfer and BLIK; card payments are not supported. An invoice is issued on request — please ask for it when placing the order.
Changes are possible up to the start of the ride, provided the vehicle and driver are available and the change does not clash with other bookings. Every change requires updating the booking details and confirmation by LimoParty.pl. Extending the route or leaving Warsaw may involve an additional charge.
Cancelling a booking: up to 5 days before the ride — free of charge; 24 hours before the ride — 50% of the price; on the day of the ride — 100% of the price. By arrangement with LimoParty.pl, a cancellation fee may be credited towards a future booking. During the ride the client may give up extra services (e.g. a dancer or photographer) or shorten the service — in both cases without a refund. In special or non-standard cases LimoParty.pl may set individual prepayment and cancellation terms.
If the client does not show up, we may charge 50–100% of the order value. Unpaid amounts may be passed to debt collection.
The rental time starts when the vehicle arrives at the pick-up point. A client's delay does not extend the ride; if the delay exceeds 5 minutes, the ride may be shortened. Rentals are billed in full hours, not minutes. A natural margin of about 5–7 minutes due to traffic is acceptable. Exceeding that margin through the client's fault (stretching the route, prolonging stops, etc.) means a charge for another full hour — regardless of the time actually used.
Stops must be agreed in advance — with the driver or the person taking the booking; every stop requires the driver's consent. The driver may refuse a stop if it would push the ride over the rental time or clash with subsequent bookings. Unagreed or excessive stops may be charged at PLN 200 per stop. The place and length of a stop are decided by the driver.
The driver may refuse to enter unpaved, gravel or badly damaged roads — unless the client flags this at the booking stage and a safe option is agreed. If it turns out on site that entering a street is impossible (no-entry or no-stopping zones, one-way streets, no room to manoeuvre, etc.), the driver may refuse to enter and agrees an alternative pick-up or drop-off point with the client. The same applies when the road surface could damage the vehicle or the limousine's size makes safe passage impossible. At high speed bumps the driver may ask passengers to briefly leave the vehicle while crossing them.
Doors are opened and closed by the driver. The driver decides about closing the partition between the driver and passenger areas. Your own drinks are allowed, as long as the interior stays clean and undamaged. Inside the vehicle the following are forbidden: smoking (e-cigarettes are allowed), aggressive or dangerous behaviour, damaging or soiling the interior, tampering with the vehicle's equipment (apart from adjusting the volume) and closing the driver's partition. Strictly forbidden: leaning out of the windows or the sunroof, moving around the vehicle while driving, opening the doors while driving and deliberately rocking the vehicle. Breaking these rules may end the ride immediately and without a refund.
The driver may interrupt the ride if safety rules are being broken. A person endangering the other participants may be asked to leave the vehicle — without a refund. In extreme situations the police will be called.
The client is liable for damage caused while using the service. The client cooperates in performing the contract — in particular reports without delay any circumstances that may affect the service and lets LimoParty.pl fix any irregularities while the ride is still in progress. Lighting flares, marine flares or spark fountains right next to the limousine is forbidden. Extra fees: a broken glass — PLN 10; chewing gum left in a glass or anywhere in the vehicle — PLN 10; unjustified opening of a door while driving — PLN 500; soiling that prevents the vehicle from continuing to work — PLN 300. If, through the client's act or omission (delay, ignoring the driver's instructions, forcing a stop in a prohibited place), the driver receives a fine or another administrative penalty, its full cost is covered by the client.
Each vehicle has a maximum number of passengers. Occasional rides (weddings, communions, etc.) are run for up to 8 people; larger groups are priced individually. Exceeding the limit is assessed by the driver or manager — each additional passenger over the limit costs PLN 200. The driver is not a guardian of minors and is not responsible for them; full responsibility for minors rests with the organiser or an appointed guardian.
Entry passes are handed out when ordered at the booking stage; during the ride you can ask the driver for them no later than before the ride ends — it is not possible after the service is over. The client indicates which clubs the passes should be for. Passes are an optional, free extra — not taking them does not change the rental price. They are not valid for private, closed or special events — checking the club's calendar is the client's responsibility. A pass does not guarantee entry: the final decision rests with the club's staff under the club's own rules and door policy, which the client should read.
Which photo-session variant your ride includes depends on the chosen package. Mini session (BASIC/Standard packages): a) we make a short photo stop during the ride, b) the photos are taken by the driver using the guests' own phones, c) this variant includes no editing, retouching, filters or extra lighting — the shots reach you exactly as they were taken, d) the number of shots is not guaranteed; around 10 is typical, e) the mini session is a free part of the package and skipping it does not lower the rental price. DSLR session (PREMIUM packages and above): a) includes a short photo stop during the ride, b) the photos are taken with a DSLR camera and flash, c) basic editing is included (cropping, sharpness, colours, brightening, removal of small imperfections) — no advanced retouching or graphic compositing, d) you receive around 10 finished photos. A private photographer is available for an extra fee: PLN 200 — a session next to the limousine with a red carpet at one location, PLN 499 — a photographer at your disposal for the full rental hour. The photo session takes place within the paid limousine rental time and does not extend it. Delivery of the finished photos: a) mini session — up to 2 weeks, b) DSLR session or photographer — up to 4 weeks, c) express option — 3–4 business days. Finished photos are delivered electronically. Shots taken at night may differ in quality from daytime photos. The place and moment of the stop are chosen by the driver or photographer; if the client picks the location, LimoParty.pl is not responsible for the final result of the session.
Photo and video materials produced by LimoParty.pl are protected by copyright and may be used for private purposes only. Commercial, marketing, promotional or profit-making use — in whole or in part — requires a separate agreement or LimoParty.pl's prior written consent. Where commercial use is allowed, the client credits the author as "LimoParty.pl" and tags the official LimoParty.pl profile on social media; other forms of credit can be agreed in writing. Using the materials without consent infringes copyright and may result in civil and criminal liability.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. When planning several attractions in one evening, allow at least a 15-minute buffer between events — due to its size and the nature of the ride, a limousine moves more slowly than a regular car. We are not liable for delays caused by a schedule with no time reserve. If, for reasons beyond our control (breakdown, collision, force majeure), we cannot provide the chosen car, we may provide a replacement vehicle of the same or higher class and an equivalent standard — the change of vehicle alone does not entitle the client to a refund or complaint, as long as the class and features match the order. If circumstances affecting the service arise during the ride, we may apply substitute solutions keeping the standard no lower than agreed.
Raise any concerns immediately during the ride — with the driver, the assistant or by phone with a LimoParty.pl employee. Complaints after the ride are handled only in writing (e-mail) and only up to 24 hours after the service ends; later submissions may not be considered. How a complaint is resolved is decided by LimoParty.pl based on the circumstances and these terms. Contact: tel. +48 793 552 271, e-mail: biuro@limoparty.pl.
Items left in the vehicle can be collected after contacting the office. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
